Movements of physical handicaps, particularly physically handicap children are limited, their skills for focusing are low, they cannot use their energy economically and their directional abilities are weak.
For this reason, an appropriate environment should be provided for physically handicap children for ensuring their development in power, transfer, changing direction, coordination and speed. Sports, both physically and socially, contributes significantly to development of a child, and disabled children, due to their physical handicaps, miss these opportunities.
Besides, despite number of rehabilitation centres in the country increases, because they are commercial and do not perform execises outside medical ones, integration to daily life remain limited.
During the period that children are prepared physically and socially and that their social integration take place, they will be trained in special circuits, with special programs.
They will be encouraged to sports, their physical and physiological maps will be drawn under supervision of experts, directed to correct sportive branches, their skills for perception, comprehension and application will be developed.
