THE TARGET GROUPS

Physically disabled children who are living in Istanbul, Kartal, by being burden from viewpoint of society and even their families due to both their families’ lacking sufficient financial resources and lack of awareness about overcoming problems originating from their existing disabilities;

1. Cannot fully utilize their economic, social and cultural rights,
2. Lack possibilities of developing their physical independancies and movement skills and in this respect, cannot develop economic self-sufficiency.

In order to overcome these type of problems at rather earlier ages, even during pre-school period, 4 – 16 age group educatable mentally handicaps, serebral palsi and spina bifida groups have been selected as target groups.
